Why does my Balloon Look Under Inflated?
Helium is sensitive to temperature changes and if the balloons were to be stored in cold temperatures whilst in transit they might appear under inflated upon delivery. The problem can be resolved by putting the balloon somewhere warm this will cause the helium to expand and the balloon to look fully inflated again.
Are my Credit Card details Safe?
Using your credit card with InterBalloon is completely safe. We use a real time credit card processing system provided by Secure Trading. You simply enter your personal details on our own server before hyperlinking to Secure Trading servers where you enter your credit card details in complete confidence, using secure socket layers (SSL) that encrypt your details for transmission over the Internet.
We do not handle or see your Credit Card number at anytime throughout the order process. This provides all our customers with the ultimate in safe, secure online ordering.
Can I order over the telephone?
Yes, by simply calling call 0800 808 ROSE(7673) or if overseas call +44 1502 564488 during our working hours of 9am–5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am–4pm on Saturdays. Please note there are times when we may be too busy to take your call so leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP. After business hours, you are welcome to leave us a message on our voice mail system, and someone will contact you the following day.
Can you deliver outside of Mainland UK?
No, we only deliver to addresses within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scottland etc.
How do I know you have got my order?
When your order is placed online and your credit card accepted you will see a confirmation screen. You will then be sent an email confirming your order. Should you not receive this email please contact us.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by simply replying to our automated confirmation email or sending an email to Sales@InterBalloon.com stating your desire to cancel. Please note all orders taken online charge your credit/debit card in real time at the time of ordering. Any refunds will be charged back within seven days of cancellation minus a cancellation fee of 7.5% to cover the card processing charges already incurred. We regret we cannot cancel orders within 24 hours of despatch.
Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?
We will accept orders up to 12 months in advance.
I've been sent an anonymous balloon, can you tell me who it's from?
Unfortunately under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held on our database.
What if I want my balloons delivered on a certain day?
We offer a selection of next day delivery options using both the Royal Mail's Tracked and Special Delivery Services and our nominated courier. We highly recommend this method of delivery if your order needs to be delivered on a certain day.
All information collected about you at the time of ordering or registering will be dealt with lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We do not in any shape or form, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others except to firstly, process your order and secondly, provide you with the best possible service. We however may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
We reserve the right to occasionally notify you in person about important functionality changes to the web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. You may of course opt out of receiving any mailings at anytime.
All the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by E-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
