Easy to order, reasonable price for a long distance happy greeting. I sent a get well balloon to my sister who had covid, an inexpensive and different fun way to let her know I was thinking of her. Prompt delivery, no issues, all good. Will use this company again.

Balloons arrived when required, star balloons were a little deflated but still a great surprise

Balloons delivered on date stated, well packaged. However, there was a problem with one of the balloons. Inter Balloon Customer Service responded to my issue swiftly and efficiently, there was insufficient time for a replacement to be sent but we quickly came to an amicable resolution. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend Inter Balloon to a friend.

Ordered balloon gift for a birthday surprise.Product exactly as described on the website and arrived on time.Ive given 4 stars instead of five only because the personalised message card was missing where we had written a cryptic clue to the sender .Card was only found when breaking down the package to dispose of it.It was found between the layers of the box as two boxes were taped together to accommodate the large balloon.I would just say for future ensure message card is easy to locate.That being said I would certainly use this business again.My son loved the surprise. X
